Lifestrength Welcomes Christa Eppinghaus, P.T.

Lifestrength Physical Therapy is pleased to announce the addition of Christa Eppinghaus, P.T., to our dynamic team of Physical Therapists at Lifestrength Physical Therapy.
Christa Eppinghaus is a Maryland licensed Physical Therapist with over 30 years of experience. She has practiced in diverse range of settings including, trauma, acute care, sub-acute rehabilitation, outpatient orthopedics and sports medicine. Her treatment approach is to apply the more subtle aspects of complementary therapies with traditional physical therapy to provide her patients with a better awareness of managing their own health care and injuries.
Christa has coaching experience as a cross-country ski coach, a masters swim coach, and work experience as a personal trainer. She is also a triathlete, amateur Latin dancer, and artist. Her diverse professional and personal backgrounds assist her in providing a comprehensive approach to treatment.
Our patients are provided with on-on-one service during their physical therapy session, taking the time to give them our undivided attention, personal contact, and truly effective treatment. We look forward to providing high quality, personalized physical therapy for your patients.
